These engagements will optimize workflows and increase self-sufficiency with troubleshooting techniques that help assist the customer with internal support.
We provide platform education content to our customers via Train-The-Trainer, module certification, and our learning resource repository. Our training experts are available to provide customized training offerings as needed.
Revenue Cycle Management Services
With Qualifacts’ Revenue Cycle Management Services (RCMS), your practice gains access to a dedicated account manager. They provide insight into your revenue with weekly calls to review your revenue cycle, payment trends, and any changes from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
