One major improvement has been reducing client duplicates. “With the reports we’ve built in BI, our quality staff can spot duplicates and process them more efficiently,” explains Hornberger. Dashboards also flag incomplete fields, allowing teams to follow up and ensure critical information is captured—resulting in cleaner, more reliable data across the organization.
