Crossroads Continuum 

30-day intensive inpatient program supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.

What’s Next? EHR Integration with Qualifacts  

As long-time Qualifacts users, DLC is preparing to integrate Greenspace directly into their Credible EHR, which the partnership between Qualifacts and Greenspace has enabled.  This will improve the DLC teams’ workflows, with automatic data flows between the Credible EHR and Greenspace to remove manual steps for clinicians and administrators, and to bring client assessment results and actionable insights directly into the EHR. DLC clinicians and clinical leadership will have complete visibility into client information and progress, directly within the Credible EHR.  

Integration goals include: 

  • Reducing clinician and administrator workload 
  • Ensuring the appropriate measures are delivered at the right time  
  • Automatically creating clients in Greenspace based on DLCs workflow in the Credible EHR, including assigning and scheduling the appropriate assessments 
  • Ensuring all client information and insights are accessible within Credible EHR and available to all providers supporting each client
