Prior to Qualifacts, he held executive roles at Elsevier, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Enclarity, and FICO, consistently driving the development and success of groundbreaking healthcare solutions.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jeremy Landa guides Qualifacts’ financial strategy with a focus on empowering both the company and its clients. Prior to Qualifacts, he held financial leadership roles at Cybera, Simplex Healthcare, and Gaylord Entertainment. Jeremy holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BA from Emory University.

Carrie Lazorchak leads Qualifacts’ sales and marketing departments, leveraging over 20 years of experience driving growth and customer success for SaaS business models. Prior to Qualifacts, she developed and led comprehensive sales strategies, business acquisitions, and customer retention and revenue expansion programs while serving in several executive leadership roles, including CRO for Definitive Healthcare and SimilarWeb, and SVP of Worldwide Sales for Nuance Communications.

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Dawn Howarth fosters a high-performing environment where employees thrive. With over 25 years of HR expertise, she fuels employee engagement and supports Qualifacts’ mission through strategic initiatives. Previously, Dawn’s leadership spanned international teams at Nuance Communications, contributing to their substantial growth. She holds an MS in Business Management and a BS in Law & Society Studies.

As Chief Product Officer (CPO), Eric Arnson leverages his 20+ years of experience leading product management teams to define and deliver Qualifacts’ product strategy. He has successfully delivered differentiated solutions to complex healthcare markets throughout his career, most recently at Change Healthcare as Senior Vice President of Product Management for Revenue Cycle Management.

Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO) Erin Surprise brings over 20 years of experience leading and transforming customer success organizations in the healthcare and education software industries. She is responsible for developing and leading Qualifacts’ customer success strategy, ensuring exceptional customer experience and service. This includes overseeing implementation services, customer support, and professional services to drive high customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Prior to joining Qualifacts, Erin served as Chief Customer Officer at Provation, where she led a team responsible for implementation services, customer success, technical services, customer support, and internal IT. She has also held leadership positions at Hoonuit and Edmentum (formerly PLATO Learning).  

Leveraging decades of transaction processing expertise in healthcare and finance, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Kernie Brashier leads Qualifacts’ digital vision, prioritizing user-friendly solutions that meet providers’ needs without unnecessary complexity. He holds a PTU/HSG Technologie-Unternehmen from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Greenwich.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Dan Manchon brings over 20 years of marketing experience to Qualifacts, specializing in building high-performing Go-To-Market teams. He leverages customer-centric strategies to simplify the buyer’s journey and build brand trust. Previously, Dan served as CMO at Provation Medical, driving significant growth. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

With 20 years of expertise in IT strategy, application management, and program management, Chief Information Officer (CIO) Karen Baker leads Qualifacts’ corporate systems, security, and infrastructure. Previously, she transformed the technology infrastructure and user experience at Savista, and held senior roles at nThrive and MedAssets, spearheading program management initiatives during periods of acquisition and growth. Karen holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
