Merced County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services is Live and Fully Implemented on Qualifacts and Kings View Professional Services

Empowering California Counties with Efficient, Flexible EHR Tools and Support.

Nashville, Tenn., June 15, 2023 – Qualifacts, a leading provider of electronic health record (EHR) platforms for behavioral health, rehabilitative, and human services organizations, is pleased to announce that Merced County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services is live on Qualifacts’ fully integrated electronic health record (EHR) platform, Credible. Merced County Behavioral Health & Recovery Services provides a variety of mental health and substance abuse programs to the Merced County community.

Merced County implemented the Credible EHR with Kings View Professional Services, which provides EHR management services to California counties. Kings View Professional Services offers specialized expertise to its partners in understanding and complying with the CalAIM objectives, provisions, and obstacles associated, as well as the emerging Value Based Reimbursement (VBR) payment models.

The County can benefit from numerous enhancements brought by the Credible platform, such as California-specific billing and state reporting, configurability to meet county-specific workflow needs, multiple reporting and analytics tools, and a fully disconnected mobile solution for community-based services.

Obsolete legacy applications have restricted California Counties from accessing data for many years. With its intuitive architecture, the Credible platform offers agencies in California counites the ability to:

  • Access, compile, and analyze all critical data from providers to help demonstrate improved outcomes and better treatment protocols.
  • Be configured to meet the unique clinical, compliance, and workflow needs of each county without costly customization.
  • Utilize multiple reporting tools to harvest data in addition to the use of a Business Intelligence tool to provide real-time dashboards measuring county Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and outcomes.

Counties are not required to adopt a single configuration, instead each county has their own unique domain configured specifically for their services and population.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with Kings View to give Merced County the behavioral health EHR they have been waiting for,” said Scott Phillips, CEO of Qualifacts. “With the complexities of healthcare growing by the day, it is our job to make it easier for customers like Merced County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services to concentrate on what matters most – whole-person treatment. By implementing Qualifacts’ Credible EHR, Merced County will get that, and so much more.”
