Adapt Set to Elevate Patient-Centered Care Using the “Golden Thread” and CareLogic

ROSEBURG, Ore. and NASHVILLE, Tenn., August 18, 2017— Adapt, a large behavioral health provider serving Southern Oregon, today announced a new initiative to enhance outcomes for people on a journey of addiction recovery.
