In addition to talking to a live support representative, customers may also plug into the Customer Community, a web-based social network where users can share information, post and respond to questions, send private messages within the site, blog, chat, create groups, share photos and post messages via discussion forums.

Members have access to a vast library of training resources including user guides, detailed information regarding state reporting requirements and training videos.


Web-based training 

We continually develop web-based training (WBT) which covers relevant industry topics. Perhaps most importantly, these sessions are customized for customer needs, developed in collaboration with subject matter experts on hand, and are designed with partners in mind.
