Customer Community

In addition to talking to a live support representative, customers may also plug into the Customer Community, a web-based social network where users can share information, post and respond to questions, send private messages within the site, blog, chat, create groups, share photos and post messages via discussion forums.

Members have access to a vast library of training resources including user guides, detailed information regarding state reporting requirements and training videos.

Web-based training

We continually develop web-based training (WBT) which covers relevant industry topics. Perhaps most importantly, these sessions are customized for customer needs, developed in collaboration with subject matter experts on hand, and are designed with partners in mind. Whether you’re in need of a new-user tutorial for the software or just need a quick refresher, we have something for everyone. Some training topics include: Billing Training, Administrative Courses, Clinical Courses and EHR Admin Courses.

Train-the-trainer

We offer comprehensive, train-the-trainer classes as part of every implementation to ensure that your organization is prepared to take advantage of all of the intuitive tools in your platform.

Education Learning Management System (LMS)

Our Education Learning Management System (LMS) provides you with a hub for all ongoing training efforts. This includes our self-paced, web-based training (WBTs) and video recordings. Resources for these courses are stored for your convenience.
