July 27, 2010 - Behavioral Healthcare Partners of Central Ohio (Newark, OH)

Behavioral Healthcare Partners of Central Ohio (BHPCO) went “live” on the Qualifacts CareLogic EHR and billing system on July 1 after a seven-month implementation involving 180 users – many of them remote – over five locations. With their new system in place, BHPCO is looking forward especially to the documentation efficiencies to be gained by the use of the web-based CareLogic.

May 1, 2010 -Axis Health System (Durango, CO)

We are excited to announce that Axis Health System recently went "live" on Qualifacts’ CareLogic EHR and Billing system. As part of the Colorado Consortium, Axis Health System is one of three community mental health agencies of the Western Slope of Colorado that together cover 23counties and over 500 staff and joined for a consortium implementation of the CareLogic Enterprise system.

March 12, 2010 -Albertina Kerr Centers (Portland, OR)

The Youth & Family Services division of Albertina Kerr Centers, an 800-employee provider of Mental Health & Developmental Disability services to greater Portland,completed their transition from home-grown software system to Qualifacts EHR on March 1st. Albertina Kerr Centers is Qualifacts’ first Oregon customer and the fastest state in Qualifacts history to go-live on CareLogic.

January 15, 2010 - ARC Manor (Kittaning, PA)

ARC Manor, a Drug & Alcohol Provider in Kittanning, Pennsylvania with an annual operating budget of 1.4M, recently went "live" on Qualifacts’ CareLogic EHR and Billing system; transitioning from a “home-grown”program developed by a local programmer to satisfy state reporting requirements.

October 29, 2009 - North Central Missouri Mental Health Center

North Central Missouri Mental Health Center, a Community Mental Health Center serving nine rural counties in northern Missouri, completes their implementation and is live on CareLogic.

October 20, 2009 - Children's Crisis Treatment Center (PA)

Children's Crisis Treatment Center (CcTC), a private non-profit agency dedicated to assisting children and their families cope with the impact of behavioral health issues, traumatic events and other challenges that affect childhood development went "live" on October 1st.

August 4, 2009 - Oaklawn Psyhciatric Center (Goshen, IN)

We are excited to announce that Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in Goshen, Indiana recently went "live" on Qualifacts’ CareLogic EHR and Billing system;transitioning from CMHC and adding 500 users to the system.

Oaklawn specializes in residential services for children and adolescents,inpatient care for seniors, and treatment for adults with serious and persistent mental illness, and addictions.
Oaklawn is using CareLogic to meet its’ complex funding and billing requirements and helped Qualifacts develop additional features to support their 78-bed Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital including enhancements to the integrated MAR(Medication Administration Record).

InterCommunity, Inc a provider of community behavioral health services to six towns in Connecticut River Valley, went "live" on July 1st, completing their transition to Qualifacts' CareLogic. InterCommunity adds approximately50 users to the CareLogic community and has a $6M annual budget.

July 21, 2009 - Macomb Family Services (Clinton Township, MI)

Macomb Family Services, a member of Family Service Alliance of Southeastern Michigan consortium, completed their implementation of the CareLogic EHR July 1st. Macomb Family Services, with an annual budget of $8.7M, made the transition from eThomas adding 95 users to the system, and is the is the third agency within the 4-member consortia to “Go Live” with Qualifacts.

July 17, 2009 - MCCA (Danbury, CT)
MCCA, a provider of substance abuse and addiction rehabilitation services to the greater Danbury Connecticut, went "live" on July 1st, completing their transition from MS Health Software to Qualifacts' CareLogic. MCCA adds approximately 50 users to the CareLogic community and has a $9.6M annual budget.
