NASHVILLE , TN – Qualifacts Systems Inc., the largest provider of enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) for human service and behavioral health providers, adds Swanson Center, Inc., its second Indiana customer. Swanson Center has been providing clinical and community services to citizens of LaPorte County since 1969 with a mission of providing accessible and affordable mental health services via a wide range of services to persons of all ages.
The organization assembled key members from the billing, administrative, and clinical staffs to find an Electronic Health Record solution that would help Swanson best addr ess the agency’s coming challenges and opportunities. After a careful evaluation of competing EHR systems, Qualifacts’ CareLogic™ solution "emerged the winner on performance, efficiency, functionality, and flexibility when compared directly to other EHR systems", according to Matt Burden, Executive Director for Swanson Center.
