Qualifacts History
Qualifacts' CareLogic software was originally created by a large provider of behavioral health services (with 1,000 employees across seven states). Originally developed in the mid-1980's; CareLogic was unique in that it was a single application that supported scheduling, clinical content, practice management and billing.
In the late 90's CareLogic was released as a web-based application on an Oracle platform saving the provider thousands of dollars a month in network and infrastructure costs while facilitating concurrent documentation for all clinical staff (including case managers).
The web-based release was a great success. Interest from other providers led to the transition of Qualifacts to a stand-alone company in 2000.
Qualifacts is now a leading vendor for internet-based clinical, administrative and financial management applications, which enable providers to integrate services, financial, administrative and enterprise functions to better serve clients and support providers, payers and business partners.
