CareLogic is not a series of software "packages" that are cobbled together but a true enterprise application that covers registration, scheduling, service delivery and billing. Closed Audit Loop functionality verifies accuracy of data, mitigates service leakage, enables accurate billing and takes unauthorized services to zero
Credentials:
CareLogic provides the ability to track the credentials of your staff and verifies that therapists are properly credentialed for scheduled services

e-Prescription and e-Labs functionality is provided within CareLogic via Emdeon’s e-Clinician Rx modules. This functionality enables electronic submittal of prescriptions and lab orders to and view lab results from third-party (external) pharmacies and laboratories through the e-Clinician Rx portal

HIPAA Compliance:
Our SaaS application is designed to meet or exceed all HIPAA requirements. With SSL, each transaction establishes that the user has a proper and current authentication certificate to review patient/client information, and authorization is role-based per HIPAA requirements

Intake:
Qualifacts’ referral and intake function integrates all key processes for receiving a call for service, searching for duplicate records, conducting initial screenings, making online insurance verification and eligibility checks, and scheduling appointments with an intake worker or provider
n-Tier:
“n-Tier” functionality is one of Qualifacts' greatest differentiators and is one of the reason that large organizations and consortiums continue to choose and (successfully implement) CareLogic. n-Tier refers to CareLogic's ability to support any number of layers within an organizational structure. Some examples of organizational structures that can be supported are a single organization with one clinic, a single organization with multiple clinics, or multiple organizations with each organization having multiple clinics or operating in multiple states or regions
Opiate Treatment:
The CareLogic OTP module offers a web based solution for the dispensing/tracking of medications to assist in the stabilization of those addicted to opioids
Outcomes Measurement:
CareLogic users can use the Vanderbilt University CFIT survey or can design and incorporate their own questionnaires and measures. Enterprise-wide reporting allows for reporting on all financial and clinical fields collected within the system. Goals and objectives from Treatment Plans can be automatically pulled forward to treatment plans for outcome reporting. Reimbursement:
The ECR component within CareLogic automates capture and processing of client and other data in conjunction with a comprehensive referral, eligibility, authorization, billing and accounts receivable system. A byproduct is the capture of complete client data for maximum appropriate claiming for reimbursement
SaaS:
Software as a Service (typically pronounced 'Sass') is a model of software deployment where an application is hosted as a service provided to customers across the Internet. Web Native:
Unlike most behavioral health software that claims to be "Internet enabled"; CareLogic was written specifically to work over a simple web browser with no special software or Terminal Services. Users connect to CareLogic via a HIPAA compliant, encrypted web connection both in your offices and from any location with Internet connectivity
