            NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Qualifacts Systems, Inc., a Nashville-based software development company, announced today it has hired over fifteen new employees since the start of 2007. 

 

Rachel Vincion joined Qualifacts in March as the Vice President of Finance. Ms. Vincion has more than 14 years experience in the healthcare, construction, and manufacturing industries, specializing in financial management and strategic growth implementations.

Over twelve positions for software developers, business analysts, project managers, and network/desktop support were also created and filled during Q1 2007. Two sales representatives for the South and Midwest regions joined the Qualifacts team in March. 

 

Christian Barrie, formerly of Core Solutions was hired to cover the Midwest region. Christian has worked 2 years in the behavioral health industry and has several additional years of experience in general software sales. 

 

Andrew Friedman will cover the South region and comes to us with over 15 years experience working with CMHC Systems/Netsmart Technologies. Andrew brings a strong sales, marketing and management background with him to Qualifacts.

 

Joseph Mori, the Northeast region sales executive, has been with Qualifacts for over 3 years. He was with ECHO for nine years prior to joining Qualifacts; his behavioral health software experience has enabled him to secure many new accounts for Qualifacts.

            Qualifacts is actively seeking to fill a sales position for the West region. With the addition of Ms. Vincion, Mr. Barrie and Mr. Friedman, as well as the other new hires across departments, Qualifacts will have more than fifty employees, the majority of which are based in Nashville.

 

            Qualifacts specializes in the development and delivery of Web-based enterprise software and implementation services for the behavioral health and human services market. Its CareLogicÔ product is a comprehensive, integrated clinical, financial, and administrative information management system designed for human services provider organizations.
