QUALIFACTS HOSTS SUCCESSFUL USERS CONFERENCE IN NEW ORLEANS
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Qualifacts Systems, Inc., a Nashville-based software development company, announced today the completion of a successful 2007 CareLogic Users Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The CareLogic Users Conference is an annual event for Qualifacts customers to gather for product training, give suggestions for product enhancements, learn about company direction and provide insight to industry trends.
“The goals of the 2007 conference were to build customer confidence in the direction of the CareLogic product, the long term design and usability of the system, and the dedication of the Qualifacts staff to service and client satisfaction, said Lyn Givens, Senior Vice President of Operations for Qualifacts. “Based on customer feedback and evaluations from the conference sessions, we achieved our goal.””.

The CareLogic Users Conference not only provides an open forum for customers to meet Qualifacts staff, but also is a great networking opportunity for peer agencies. The conference next year will be open to prospective customers as well. The 2008 CareLogic User Conference will take place late Winter/early Spring. The location has not yet been announced.
