Qualifacts has assembled a management team with considerable expertise in health and human services, software development, technical sales and financial management. The key members of Qualifacts’ management team are listed and described below.
David Klements, President & CEO
Mr. Klements joined Qualifacts in January 2006 as Vice President of Sales and now serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Klements brings over 12 years of diverse business experience to Qualifacts having held leadership positions with various early stage and turnaround technology concerns. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Klements served as Vice President with SunGard Availability Services and as General Manager of Inflow which was acquired by SunGard. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and has also completed programs at the University of Madrid, Spain and at the Kellogg School of Management.
Lyn Givens, Senior Vice President, Operations
Ms. Givens joined the Company as the Senior Vice President of Operations in September 2006. Prior to joining Qualifacts, she worked for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) for 5 years, most recently serving as the Director of Internet and Intranet Services. Ms. Givens also served as a Director of Product Development while at HCA, and prior to that was the Director of Program Management for Tech Republic. Ms. Givens has over 21 years of experience in the technology industry, with 14 focused in the healthcare industry.
Rachel Vincion, Vice President, Finance
Ms. Vincion joined the Company as the Vice President of Finance in March 2007. Ms. Vincion has more than 14 years experience in the healthcare, construction, and manufacturing industries, specializing in financial management and strategic growth implementations. She has extensive experience in financial analysis, business development, efficiency improvements, and public accounting. Before joining the Company, Ms. Vincion served as Vice President and Officer of a construction/manufacturing entity. Prior to that, she was employed with Lattimore, Black, Morgan & Cain.
Chris Bair, Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Mr. Bair joined the company as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in July 2007. He has over 11 years experience in the software and telecomm industries, specializing in sales and marketing for company strategic growth. In addition to his expertise in sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and software delivery, Mr. Bair is a former C-141 pilot for the US Air Force. He most recently served as the Regional (West) Vice President for Sungard Availability Services.
Robert Patton, Director, Project Management Office
Mr. Patton joined the company as Program Manager in 2005. He was named Project Management Office (PMO) Director in September 2006, responsible for managing all project-related services at Qualifacts. Prior to joining Qualifacts, he worked for Accenture for seven years as a Manager in the consulting practice and three years with EDS as a Systems Engineer. Mr. Patton has over thirteen years experience as an information technology professional including roles as project manager, team lead, systems analyst, systems integrator and software developer.
Ben Bredesen, Director, Development
Mr. Bredesen joined the company as a Support Developer in September 2003 and was promoted to Product Development in 2004 to begin work on version 5 of CareLogic. He was named Director of Development in September 2006. Prior to joining Qualifacts, Mr. Bredesen earned a degree from Brown University in Computer Science.
Gerry Andrady, Director, Product Strategy
Mr. Andrady joined the company in October 2006 and serves as the Director of Product Strategy. Prior to joining Qualifacts, he worked as a senior consultant for healthcare companies and led software products at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and Medco Health. Prior to that, he served as a software consultant in the financial industry for Bank of America, Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS), and Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Andrady has over ten years of information technology experience including roles as project manager, business analyst, senior architect, and developer.
Mark Fleming, Technical Operations Manager
Mr. Fleming joined the company in April of 2003 as a Network Administrator. After serving in a variety of roles in the ASP Hosting Operations group, he was promoted to Network Operations Manager in February 2006, and then to Technical Operations Manager in charge of all hosting operations in March 2007. He has nine years of network and datacenter administration experience and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
