NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 12, 2009 – Qualifacts Systems Inc., the largest Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of enterprise software for human service and behavioral health providers, announced the selection of CareLogic™ Enterprise by ARC Manor of Kittanning, PA. Arc Manor’s Evaluation & Monitoring Committee selected Qualifacts CareLogic™ to efficiently integrate workflow across its fiscal, clerical, administrative and clinical departments, while increasing productivity and improving cash flow.
In January of 2009, ARC’s Evaluation & Monitoring Committee tasked key staff members with evaluating and selecting Electronic Health Record systems. Qualifacts ended up being the “hands-down winner among the entire committee,” says Cindy McCrea, Executive Director of ARC.
According to McCrea, the deciding factor was Qualifacts’ strong business model. “ARC Manor has been in business for 35 years and has adapted over the years to meet the changing needs of our clients.
