NASHVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 20, 2008 – Qualifacts Systems, Inc, the leading Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of enterprise software solutions for human service and behavioral health providers, today announced that Midwestern Connecticut Council on Alcoholism, Inc. (MCCA) has selected Qualifacts’ CareLogic software to improve operational performance and facilitate access to information across their organization.

“The team at MCCA conducted a thorough research, demonstration and reference-checking process. We evaluated the majority of software vendors that were supporting other providers in Connecticut,” said Joe Sullivan, CEO of MCCA. “We chose Qualifacts’ CareLogic system as it offered us the greatest flexibility and reporting capability for all of MCCA’s programs and gave us the highest confidence that we would have the information necessary to be the premier prevention and treatment organization in Connecticut.”

“This is not simply a software change; we are working with Qualifacts to improve our business processes which will result in increased productivity thereby allowing us to serve more people,” said Glenn Connan, CFO of MCCA. “I am confident Qualifacts’ CareLogic system will keep us cutting edge and give us the tools we need to continue to deliver the highest quality prevention and treatment programs possible.”
