The Florida Center for Child & Family Development in Sarasota, Fla., with 48 users went “live” on the Qualifacts CareLogic EHR and billing system including CFAR functionality on February 1. With their new system in place, the Florida Center is already enjoying the increased efficiency of the web-based CareLogic over their old, out-dated system.
“With our old system, I was spending 7-8 hours on billing. I couldn’t correct any of the coding problems. I would take the information from one system and enter into another, then print the claims. I had lost the ability to send electronic claims, so everything was going paper. Now, we have a user-friendly, state-of-the-art system, and our very first claim engine run on CareLogic was a great success for our challenging situation.”

“The reports available in Qualifacts have made month-end reporting so much easier. Most all reporting was being done by hand until Qualifacts gave us the tools we needed to streamline our reports and do away with all our spreadsheets.
