Children’s Crisis Treatment Center (CcTC) in Philadelphia went live today, ahead of schedule!  The provider of counseling services for children has 330 employees and provides school based , wraparound and day programs, case management and psychiatric services.  The project started in February and went live today, ahead of their October target completion date.
