Volunteer Behavioral Health went live on CareLogic Enterprise today after an implementation of a little over four months from kick-off to go-live. Volunteer adds over 800 users to the system across 30+ locations.
Volunteer went live with the newly-developed Tennessee Mobile Crisis Response Team Reporting module, which supports documentation of the entire process from Phone Triage, to Face-to-Face Assessment, to Face-to-Face Follow-up, to Call Through.
