South Central Human Relations Center went live on CareLogic Enterprise today. SCHRC is the second agency of the Southern Minnesota EMR Consortium to successfully implement Qualifacts’ behavioral health EHR and billing system; the remaining two agencies of the consortium will go live later this summer.
