We are excited to announce that Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in Goshen, Indiana, recently went “live” on Qualifacts’ CareLogic EHR and billing system, transitioning from CMHC and adding 500 users to the system. Oaklawn specializes in residential services for children and adolescents,inpatient care for seniors, and treatment for adults with serious and persistent mental illness and addictions.
Oaklawn is using CareLogic to meet its’ complex funding and billing requirements and helped Qualifacts develop additional features to support their 78-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital, including enhancements to the integrated MAR (Medication Administration Record).

Training nearly 500 people who are working in an electronic environment for the first time was a challenge, but we are slowly re-thinking virtually all of our workflow and are very optimistic about the potential this change brings.
