Horizon Homes went live today on CareLogic Enterprise after a seven-month implementation, adding 25 users to the system. Horizon Homes provides residential facilities for adults with mental illness and is the fourth Minnesota agency in two months to successfully implement Qualifacts’ web based behavioral health EHR and billing system.
