Family Services of Western Pennsylvania went live on CareLogic Enterprise today as part of the four-agency Western Pennsylvania collaborative - Qualifacts’ 10th EHR collaborative to go live! Altogether, the agencies of the collaborative have added 900 users to the system. FSWP’s implementation is an upgrade from a previous version of CareLogic.

FSWP provides mental health and substance abuse programs, volunteer-based supports for older adults, residential services for persons with developmental and mental health disabilities, services for family members of incarcerated people, financial counseling, vocational and psychosocial rehabilitation, student assistance programs, and transitional youth programs for families and individuals in southwestern Pennsylvania.
