Metropolitan Human Services District went live on CareLogic Enterprise today with 100 users after a six-month implementation at their five locations as well as their mobile units. MHSD is Qualifacts’ first Louisiana customer to go live!

“All of those who have been hands-on with the implementation of our EHR have marveled at how smooth the process has been,” said Judge Calvin Johnson (ret.), executive director for MHSD. “We are impressed with the efforts our staff has made to learn this new technology and apply it and proud of the way they have accepted this new way of operating.”

Metropolitan Human Services District provides a range of services to address mental health, addictive disorder and developmental disability needs among the citizens of Orleans, St. Bernard and Plaquemines Parishes.
