ARC Manor, a drug and alcohol treatment provider in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, with an annual operating budget of 1.4M, recently went “live” on Qualifacts’ CareLogic EHR and billing system, transitioning from a “home-grown” program developed by a local programmer to satisfy state reporting requirements.
