David Klements is the President and CEO of Qualifacts Systems Inc. Prior to joining the Company, David served as a Vice President with SunGard Availability Services and as General Manager of Inflow which was acquired by SunGard.
David graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and has completed programs at the University of Madrid, Spain and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He serves on the Executive Committee for the Nashville Technology Council and is the Chair-Elect. He is actively involved with HIMSS and the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, and is a mentor for the Jumpstart Foundry program.
In 2011, David was honored as the NEXT Entrepreneur of the Year and Qualifacts was awarded the Company of the Year by the Nashville Technology Council.
Mr. Boyle serves as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining Qualifacts, Gregg served as the Director of Enterprise Technology for WebMD/Emdeon’s Business Services division where he was responsible for developing and managing a variety of custom and off-the-shelf enterprise software systems. Mr. Boyle’s team was ultimately responsible for the identification and selection of future technologies and information technology standards for the company.
In addition to founding several technology start-ups, Mr. Boyle spent time developing fuel-cell electric hybrid vehicles that competed and placed in the Tour de Sol. Gregg has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Masters degree in Computer Science from New York University.
Ms. Vincion serves as Vice President of Finance. Ms. Vincion has more than 14 years experience in the healthcare, construction, and manufacturing industries, specializing in financial management and strategic growth implementations. Rachel has extensive experience in financial analysis, business development, efficiency improvements, and public accounting.
Before joining Qualifacts, Ms. Vincion served as Vice President of a construction and manufacturing entity and was engaged in public accounting with Lattimore, Black, Morgan & Cain. Ms. Vincion earned her Bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA.
Mr. Medlin serves as Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining Qualifacts, Mr. Medlin was the Director of Marketing and Strategy for the Medical Division of Henry Schein, Inc., a worldwide leader in the distribution of products and services to office-based physicians, dentists, and veterinarians. In his 6 years with Henry Schein, Mr. Medlin was instrumental in developing new markets, creating innovative sales and marketing programs, and significantly growing revenues and profitability. He also served a critical role in the development and implementation of the company’s Electronic Health Records strategy and created Healthy Children, Healthy Lifestyles, an access-to-care community development program for the medically underserved.
Prior to Henry Schein and business school, Mr. Medlin was part of the Leadership Development Program at ArvinMeritor, an automotive parts manufacturer and distributor. Jason graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
